Brownies


Ingredients:
8 Ounces unsweetened chocolate chunks / chips
1 Cup chopped nuts
1 1/4 Cup granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/3 Cup All purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 Cup butter (Microwave to melt)
2 tbsp coffee
2 pcs eggs
Baking procedure:
Pre heat oven to 350F.
1. Melt the chocolate chips by placing the bowl over a saucepan with boiling H2O.
2. Whisk the eggs, gradually add the sugar, mix thoroughly.
3. Whisk in the melted butter, continue mixing.
4. Add the melted chocolate.
5. Add in the baking powder and salt, mix thoroughly, until fully distributed.
6. Gradually add the flour while mixing.
7. Pour in the vanilla extract, add in coffee, mix.
8. Fold in chopped nuts.
9. Pour in mixture on a 9x13 baking pan, bake for 20-25 mins or until it passes the toothpick test.
